The likelihood that the Georgia RICO case against Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants will be tried as a series of smaller groups increased as a judge agreed to separate Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell for a speedier trial. While the rest of the defendants (including Trump) do not yet have trial dates, they do now have a deadline of December 1st for pre-trial motions.
